Valor Communication sells wholesale wireless accessories to authorized partners only. By applying for an account, you confirm that you operate a legitimate business engaged in the resale of consumer electronics, wireless accessories, or related products.
All wholesale prices, catalog access, and payment terms are confidential and may not be shared outside your organization. Net 30 terms, when granted, are subject to credit approval and may be revoked at Valor's discretion.
Valor reserves the right to reject any application without disclosure of cause, and to terminate any account in the event of non-payment, MAP violations, or breach of these terms.
